Journey Path Report

Note: The Journey Path Report is available only for the Awin Accelerate and Awin Advanced platform offers, and is integrated with SingleView through the MasterTag plugin.

Overview

The Journey Path Report provides reporting for multi-channel touchpoints directly in the Awin UI. The report provides the journey path for every transaction, as well as a breakdown of the customer journey length and the number of unique touches

The report also provides detailed transaction information for every order on your site. This enables you to make more informed cross-channel strategy decisions, better understand your customer journeys, and identify previously unseen interactions between multiple affiliates in the same journey.
