Validating Commissions

To validate commissions, follow the below steps:

1) Head to your profile and click the ‘Validation’ tab. Select ‘Validate Pending’ from the list.

2) You should then arrive at the below screen where all your pending sales will be listed. This page presents you with the opportunity to accept or decline sales as appropriate. There is also the option to filter through sales by Publisher ID, Order Ref or date.

3) You can select either ‘Approve’ or ‘Decline’ for the sale.

4) For declined sales, those that are fraudulent or don’t adhere to terms and conditions set out in the programme, you’ll need to select the reason for the decline from the drop down list.

5) You then need to click on the ‘Validate Selected’ button or ‘Approve All Commissions’ if no commissions are going to be declined.
