Welcome to TheHub US
What is TheHub
TheHub is our publisher portal, providing a platform for our advertisers’ updates and promotions, as well as network news and an industry calendar. If you have some news or an offer or incentive to promote to publishers, TheHub is the best place to post this information.
Advertiser Access
Advertisers should use their own profile to post to TheHub platform. This profile will give you access to the back office of the site so that you can post program updates and promotional information.
Registration
If you are new to Awin or wish to register a new profile, click here and enter the name of the program you will posting on behalf of, as well as your email address. NB: Once you have done this, contact the communications team to request permission to post to all categories.
How to post to TheHub
Login
Visit this page to log in to TheHub.
Editing a Post
Once you have access to TheHub back office, select the New Post option from the top ribbon.
Add a Title to your post and edit the body of the post, either in the Visual or HTML tab.
Select all relevant categories for your post.
You can select sectors within both update categories and promotion categories. As long as they are correct and relevant, select as many as you like.
Program news, like a launch announcement or permanent change to terms and conditions, should be categorized as an update.
All consumer or publisher offers and incentives should be categorized as a promotion.
Add a program ID and expiry date to your post.
Preview your post and Publish when ready.
First Posts / New Programme Announcements
As a new advertiser, as soon as you register for TheHub you can post your program launch announcement, but we will need to manually give you permission to post to other categories. Once you have published your first post in the new programs category, contact the communications team so we can open up the rest of the categories to you.
