Last trading day - 31.07.2020 (31.08.2020 for Brazil)
This is the last trading day of the zanox platform and the last day on which transactions are generated in your zanox account.
Processing open transactions - 31.10.2020 (30.11.2020 for Brazil programs)
This is the last day for processing open transactions on zanox.
Last possible login on zanox - 31.03.2021
For technical reasons, you can still log in to your zanox account until 31 March 2021. You can also pull all historical data up to that day from the account. We recommend that you download all reports as quickly as possible and save them externally.

What will happen to the zanox platform on 31 July 2020?
This is the last trading day of the zanox platform and the last day on which transactions are generated in your zanox account. From this day on, you can no longer apply for a zanox program.
Programs operating in Brazil will be able to trade until 31 August 2020, or until they are migrated to the Awin platform.
On which day are the last transactions tracked on zanox?
The last day on which a new transaction is recorded in your zanox account is 31 July 2020 for non-Brazil programs, and 31 August 2020 for Brazil programs.
What happens to the clicks and transactions that I generated for advertisers who migrated to the Awin platform by 01 August 2020 (or 01 September 2020 for Brazil programs)?
If you have changed your zanox links to Awin links, your clicks, transactions and commissions will be displayed as usual in the Awin reports.
If you have not exchanged the zanox links, but the advertiser has already been migrated and you have an existing partnership, our automatic redirect system will attempt to transfer all transactions to Awin until 31 August 2020 via a zanox link.
After the migration, advertisers will not update their banners, text links or data feeds on zanox. In order to always work with the latest materials, you should update all links as soon as possible.

What happens to the clicks and transactions that I generated for advertisers that weren't migrated by 31 July 2020 (or 31 August 2020 for Brazil advertisers)?
If your advertiser has not moved to Awin, your transactions will not be transferred to the Awin platform. The last day that transactions are tracked for non-migrated advertisers is 31 July 2020 (or 31 August 2020 for Brazil advertisers).
All open transactions that were generated before August 1, 2020 will processed as usual.
I was unable to update my tracking links before 01 August 2020. What happens to the clicks and transactions that I generated via zanox links?
Please replace all zanox links and advertising materials with the corresponding Awin links as soon as possible. After the migration, advertisers will not update their banners, text links or data feeds on zanox. In order to always work with the latest materials, you should update all links as soon as possible.

I don't have an Awin Publisher account yet. What happens to all transactions that I generate on zanox after 31 July 2020 (or 31 August 2020 for Brazil advertisers)?
If you don't have an Awin account yet, just register here on the Awin platform: https://ui.awin.com/publisher-signup/
As soon as you have successfully registered, you can apply for all Awin Advertiser programs.

What information can I see on zanox from August 01, 2020?
From August 01, 2020 there will be no restrictions on your existing access to the zanox platform.
Will my historical data or invoices be transferred to Awin?
Historical data is not transferred. Please download all required information (reports or invoices) on the zanox platform before 31 March 2021.
How long do advertisers have to process the open transactions on zanox?
Advertisers must process all open transactions on zanox by 31 October 2020. After this day, the editing function will be deactivated.
What day is the final payment run on zanox?
You will receive your last payment from the zanox platform by mid-February 2021.
Is it possible to transfer my account balance to Awin?
No. It is not possible to transfer confirmed commissions to your Awin account. You will receive your payment via the normal payment run.
Until when can I access my historical financial documents (invoices, credit notes) on zanox?
Please download all invoices from the zanox interface as soon as possible. Zanox invoices can only be downloaded until 31 March 2021. After that it will no longer be possible to download invoices / credit notes.
Until when can I log in to zanox?
For technical reasons, you can still log in until 31 March 2021.
What happens after the zanox platform is deactivated on 31 March 2021?
As soon as the zanox platform has been deactivated, you will no longer be able to access your account online.
