Returns period required for auto-validation of commissions
Please select from the drop down on the application form the timeframe in which a customer can return an item or cancel an order/service.
As self-service programmes work to auto-validation of commissions, the Awin system will be set to give you and your team enough time after the returns period to validate transactions in the Awin UI as declined where that is required.
The time period for auto-validation will be set as shown below:

NOTE: if you fail to action a decline within the auto-validation period the transaction and its associated commission will automatically be set to accepted (approved). This cannot be reversed so please reggularly check this as part of your affiliate marketing task list.
