Awin Access Payment Process Explained
Please refer to your region below for details in regards to the payment process for Awin Access programmes.
UK
• Payment of platform and tracking fees + approved publisher commission is via Direct Debit only
• Once the programme is live invoices will be sent to the email address provided in the invoice section on the Awin application form. This is for reconciliation/reporting purposes only.
• The value of the invoice will include the validated commissions and tracking fee from the previous month, including any platform offer fee
• The direct debit will take the amount as per the invoice and the amount due on the invoices will be taken from the direct debit 5-6 days from the date of invoice.
US
• Payment of platform and tracking fees + approved publisher commission is via ACH Direct Debit only
• $549 (if applicable) will be taken before launch as a Joining fee.
• Once the programme is live an invoice will be sent once a month to the email address provided in the invoice section on the Awin application form. This is for reconciliation/reporting purposes only
• The value of the invoice will include the validated commissions and tracking fee from the previous month, including any platform offer fee
• The ACH Debit will take the amount as per the invoice
EUROPE - DACH/FR/BNL/ES/IT/FINLAND
• Payment of platform and tracking fees + approved publisher commission is via ACH Direct Debit SEPA only
• Once the programme is live an invoice will be sent monthly to the email address provided in the invoice section on the Awin application form. This is for reconciliation/reporting purposes only
• The value of the invoice will include the validated commissions and tracking fee from the previous month, including any platform offer fee
• The direct debit will take the amount as per the invoice
NORDICS - SWEDEN, DENMARK, NORWAY
• Payment of platform and tracking fees + approved publisher commission is via wire (bank) transfer only
• Once the programme is live an invoice will be sent monthly to the email address provided in the invoice section on the Awin application form. This is for reconciliation/reporting purposes only
• The value of the invoice will include the validated commissions and tracking fee from the previous month, including any platform offer fee
• You will be given 14 days to pay each invoice raised
EASTERN EUROPE – CZECH REPUBLIC, SLOVAKIA, HUNGARY, ROMANIA, POLAND
• Payment of platform offer and tracking fees + approved publisher commission is via wire (bank) transfer only
• Once the programme is live an invoice will be sent monthly to the email address provided in the invoice section on the Awin application form. This is for reconciliation/reporting purposes only
• The value of the invoice will include the validated commissions and tracking fee from the previous month, including any platform offer fee.
