Technical Services Team

What we do

The Technical Services team primarily focus on supporting all Publishers, Advertisers and Internal members of staff with any technical aspect of Affiliate Window's services.

The main duties of the team are:

  1. Integrating new clients onto the Affiliate Window Network
  2. Handling tracking issues and inquiries
  3. Dealing with interface issues and supporting improvements
  4. Answering inquiries regarding Advertiser Banners & Links
  5. Answering inquiries regarding Advertiser Datafeeds


In addition to these core duties, the team also help with the following areas of the business:

  1. Overall service and functional improvements
  2. Support of our ShopWindow solution (Login Issues only)
  3. Support of our Interace (Login Issues only)


Ticket Responses

All technical inquiries come into the Technical Services team via our ticketing system. We hope to try and resolve these issues, or at least get a response to you, within 4 hours. However, if we're unable to resolve the issue immediately, or require further information, we may occasionally escalate these to our Development or Account Management teams.
