The Publisher Development Team was formed in the early part of 2008 and has taken on the role of managing key publishers, ShopWindow clients and branded partners.

In addition to this the team also monitors all publisher applications to the network in order to monitor for quality and ensure that those with promise can be helped to reach full potential.

All publisher enquiries come through the Partnerships Team giving the team a strong understanding of both new and existing publisher s, and enabling Partnerships to assist in the most appropriate manner for each enquiry.

Traditionally, the role of the Publisher Services Team has also been to work specifically with our ShopWindow Partners. However, this focus has now shifted to enable a more proactive approach towards the Top 200 Publishers on the Network.

These publisher s have been ring-fenced and divided between three staff members in order for the publisher s to have a dedicated point of contact who will help towards a collective target of continuous programme growth and improvement.

Our Key Account Teams have also been allocated a dedicated Publisher Services point of contact to enable our advertiser programmes to work more effectively with all publisher s but in particular these Top 200.

The Publisher Team is also heavily involved in the implementation and management of the IAB voucher code changes. The team is in constant contact with voucher code publisher s ensuring they adhere to the IAB voucher code guidelines in order to improve the quality of voucher code publisher websites in the industry.

A recent addition to the responsibilities of the Publisher Team is the Downloadable Software Guidelines
