Advertiser Support Ticket

Introduction

You may want to add in a Support Ticket if you feel you have a questions relating to the below:

  • Tracking
  • Datafeed
  • Commission Groups
  • Creative queries
  • Any other technical questions



All Marketing related questions should go directly to your Account Development Representative or Account Manager.

Creating a Ticket

To create a new ticket, please login to your advertiser account, select the communication tab and click on the New Ticket link. This will redirect you to a page especially created to report potential issues you are facing.



You have the ability to filter down your query to the following categories:



Along with the following priorities so we can respond to you query as soon as possible:



Please provide as much information in these tickets as possible so Technical Services are able to deal with your query as soon as possible.

Viewing Tickets

You can view the outstanding tickets that are being dealt with, along with their statuses and last time they were modified:



By clicking on the ticket you are able to review the current response, as well as add in other information which is in the form of the above "create a new ticket". You will also be emailed when a response has been added by Awin.
